Nepal

Photographs from a 3 week trip I made to Nepal in October 2006 for my 50th birthday.
I started in Kathmandu for a couple of days before a days drive to the Langtang region to start a fifteen day trek through some spectacular valley and mountain scenery. The trek then wound its way over a high pass of 15000 feet to the Holy lake in Gosainkund. Then descended gradually through the Helambu region with its rice terraces and softer landscape.
